Turn site progress into lender-ready evidence.

StageBridge is construction-progress intelligence and evidence infrastructure for housing finance. As an authorised developer, you can submit current, well-captured site updates, keep them mapped to projects and stages, and share approved evidence with a lender — so your tranche requests are reviewed on evidence, faster.

You control what is submitted internally. StageBridge and the HFC’s review status stay separate — developer-reported progress never appears as lender-confirmed.

Project progress workspace

One place for current, reviewable construction progress.

Not a construction ERP or a sales CRM — a focused evidence and coordination layer that your finance team and your lenders can both trust.

Structured site updates

Replace photos scattered across chats and spreadsheets with updates mapped to a project, stage and location — captured on a phone, checked for completeness at submission.

Milestone tracking

A stage plan per project with reported and confirmed progress kept separate, so everyone reads the same schedule.

RERA-aligned timeline

Compare your plan against the project’s RERA-declared dates as an external reference, with the source and refresh time shown.

Evidence completeness

A per-stage checklist of what a lender needs, so a site engineer knows exactly what is missing before it becomes a delay.

Internal review before sharing

A developer reviewer confirms or corrects an update before anything is packaged for a lender. Nothing leaves your tenant automatically.

Lender request inbox

See evidence requests from an HFC with a clear owner and deadline, instead of chasing them across email threads.

Task assignment

Assign updates and evidence requests to the right site engineer, with a clear owner and a due status.

Approved evidence packages

Assemble a lender-ready package from confirmed evidence and share only what an explicit, time-bound collaboration permits.

Project issues & blockers

Record blockers and disputed updates so project leadership can see what is late or contested in one place.

Progress history & reports

A per-project record of what was submitted, confirmed and shared — exportable, and preserved rather than overwritten.

Notifications & audit history

A log of what was requested, submitted and shared — and who accessed it — kept for every project.

Integrations

Manual upload, CSV, secure link, API or webhook — matched to how your project team already works.

How it fits the lender’s workflow

Your update strengthens the verification — it doesn’t replace it.

  1. 01Developer or site team submits a current update
  2. 02Evidence and source checks run at submission
  3. 03Current is compared with the previous submission
  4. 04The update is checked against the project timeline
  5. 05An approved package reaches the HFC verification workspace
  6. 06A human technical reviewer confirms independently
  7. 07The result is delivered to the lender’s LOS/LMS
  8. 08The HFC makes the disbursement decision

StageBridge can help an HFC review evidence and prepare a case faster. It does not approve a loan, sanction a tranche or execute disbursement — that decision always stays with the lender.

What’s live today

Honestly labelled: today, pilot, and planned.

We don’t present unbuilt capability as production. Here is exactly where things stand.

Live today
  • Tokenised mobile photo submission for approved builders
  • Location, freshness and duplicate checks at submission
  • Operator review and manual linking to a verification case
Pilot capability
  • Full project workspace with phase / tower / unit hierarchy
  • RERA-aligned timelines and verification-readiness ranges
  • Internal developer review and lender-ready evidence packages
Planned
  • Automated RERA connectors by state (subject to each portal’s terms)
  • Transparent operational progress indicators
  • Portfolio views and enterprise onboarding

Permissions & security

You decide what a lender can see.

Explicit, revocable sharing

Sharing to an HFC happens through a named collaboration that defines the project, the permitted records, an expiry and revocation. A linked project never gives a developer access to a lender’s tenant, or a lender access to your other projects.

Separation that holds

Borrower credit information and unrelated PII are never exposed to a developer. Internal reviewer notes, HFC policy thresholds and other tenants stay isolated. Every access and change is audited.

Developer pilot

Start with one project.

A controlled pilot on a single project: confirm RERA registration, import the stage plan, add your site team, run a sample update, and see the lender-ready package — with success criteria agreed first.
