Inspect the checks
Review available location and integrity signals, stage observations and image comparisons. See where the evidence is missing or cannot support an interpretation.
Ask for what is missing
Record exceptions and request clarification from the assigned builder member. Their response and any additional evidence remain with the submission.
Record the assessment
Prepare a Stage Verification Report with the checks, limitations and reviewer decision. Your authorised team retains responsibility for inspection, approval and fund release.
