Forensic checks
Location, capture origin, image integrity, portfolio duplication and RERA reference are checked the instant the photos arrive — signals a single site visit can’t produce.
AI stage read
A vision model reads the construction stage and writes down its reasoning and a confidence band. It is a recommendation for a person, never an automatic decision.
Human decisioning
Your credit officer reviews the evidence in a purpose-built console and approves, holds, or raises an exception. The release gate is always a named person.
Exceptions & clarifications
When a check flags, the file routes to a human with the reason attached. Officers can raise an exception or request a re-capture without leaving the record.
Audit trail
