Borrowers and builders submit the views requested for a construction stage. StageBridge organises the evidence and runs checks. A lender reviewer resolves gaps and records the assessment.
What gets checked
Capture and location
For supported guided captures, inspect capture time, available location and integrity signals. Uploaded historical or builder files do not become live-capture evidence.
Current and earlier photographs
Run a stored, versioned image comparison for the same property and stage. Comparable views show appearance changes or unchanged evidence; poor images and different angles can remain unassessable. The reviewer accepts or rejects the interpretation.
Duplicate evidence
Identical or similar images can prompt a closer look. Recent-submission matching is bounded; it does not search the entire portfolio and similarity is not proof of fraud.
Stage and evidence gaps
Compare the declared stage with visible work and the required views. Request missing evidence before reaching a decision. Hidden work cannot be established from photographs.
RERA registration reference
Maharashtra, Haryana, Assam and Bihar public registers support exact registration lookup. Hosted access status is shown separately. A registration entry does not verify unit identity or construction progress.
Readiness advice
An advisory panel can show a readiness range when there is enough verified history. Its assumptions are shown. Inspection dates and lending decisions belong to the lender.
Existing files are welcome.
Retrospective review lets a lender examine historical evidence and record gaps. The report labels it retrospective, so an old photograph cannot be mistaken for a current site visit.
The report preserves the reasoning.
The Stage Verification Report records evidence, observations, exceptions and decisions. New comparisons and developer responses are included in its frozen source. Final and signed reports have stored checksums.
