Separate project registration from evidence of construction progress.
Start with the project identifier
An administrator can look up a Maharashtra, Haryana, Assam or Bihar registration number from the case. Check the returned project and promoter against your file, and retain the source and lookup time.
Read the lookup outcome
Read the project and promoter details alongside your file. If the record needs checking or the portal cannot be reached, review the official documents and record any questions for follow-up.
Review construction evidence separately
A matched registration does not verify a stage, property photograph or release condition. Inspect current evidence, compare suitable previous views and review any official documents relevant to your lender’s policy.
Record the reviewer’s conclusion
Keep the source reference and outstanding questions with the case. Maharashtra, Haryana, Assam and Bihar registration identity is the supported lookup scope. Other jurisdictions and progress claims require separate review.
