Finding delays in a verification file
Identify missing evidence and unanswered questions before changing the process.
Record the waiting points
Track when evidence was requested, submitted, returned for clarification and reviewed. Separate time awaiting access to the property from time awaiting an internal decision.
Make the next action specific
Name the responsible person and the missing view, document or answer. In the builder workspace, a clarification remains an outstanding action until a response is recorded.
Review comparisons without skipping inspection
Use paired images to inspect visible differences. Unsuitable views and absent baselines remain unassessable. An image difference is not proof of completed work.
Measure the outcome
Compare complete, equivalent files under the same review policy. Record repeat submissions and unresolved questions as well as elapsed time. StageBridge supports evidence review; it does not replace your underwriting process.
