Workflow guide
Measuring the work in a verification
Use your own records to understand time, cost and repeat work.
Separate the steps
Record time spent arranging access, travelling, collecting evidence, requesting missing material and reviewing the file. Keep professional fees and travel expenses separate.
Count repeat requests
Track which missing photographs, unclear property references or unanswered questions cause another visit or submission. A fast first submission is not useful if it leaves the reviewer unable to decide.
Compare equivalent cases
Use the same evidence requirements and review policy when comparing workflows. Record case complexity and whether a physical inspection was still required.
Keep the result tied to your pilot
StageBridge records submissions, questions and reviewer actions. Use those records alongside your own expense and inspection records. No cost reduction or approval-time saving is promised.
